Established in 2025, AJEX Contracting Ltd is a Comox Valley local family-run business with over 10 years of Civil Construction experience. Owner and operator, Aaron Alahaivala ensures all projects are managed and completed with honesty and reliability remaining at the forefront.

Site Preparation
We offer all site preparation services for new residential or commercial construction projects. This includes but is not limited to clearing, grading, and excavation.
Civil Construction
Civil services we offer include set up of site services with all required utilities. Additionally, all final grading and all civil infrastructure completion.

Foundation excavation for new homes, additions, and commercial buildings.
Hardscaping & Landscaping
Hardscaping services consist of the preparation and installation of pavers, rock patios, and rock retaining walls. Additionally, landscaping excavation and installation services are available. This may include retaining walls, ponds, or other landscaping features.

We provide drainage solutions for residential and commercial properties. We are able to install french drains, catch basins, perimeter drains and other drainage systems to help prevent water damage to your property.
